Dead foal removed from farm today

you and me both kerrilli. is that possibly a sad result of being innocent until proven guilty, that people like that can still keep animals until actually convicted.
 
its this country..how can somebody like that be allowed to keep animals...and just shows how scared he is of the uk justice system as he has allowed it to happen again..another dead horse on his premises...so no lesson learnt from him.

The poor horse...im sure he will just get a short time in jail..will then be released early on tag...or possibly just get community service possibly in an animal rescue centre helping out.
 
What a kick in the teeth this news must have been to all the charities, sanctuaries and volunteers who have been caring for all the other poor horses, ponies and donkeys previously rescued from this farm. The laws in this country leave a lot to be desired.
 
why isnt the relevent authorities not keeping a better eye on him considering what he has done before, think they need a good kick up the backside as this should never been allowed to happen, they are well aware he is still keeping animals so they should be doing the best they can to make sure those animals are not suffering and if they are remove them!!!!and as for him no punishment would be good enough for the pain and suffering he has caused!!!!!! sorry rant over.
 
The local farmer was at a horse sale 2 weeks ago and saw him there with 9 horses squashed on a lorry with no partitions and one had a cut on its leg from the shoulder to the hoof, blood everywhere.....
