Dead proud of my new doggie

Got a rescue dog 5 weeks ago, and he is lovely. Took him to a dog fun show at the weekend, there were hundreds of dogs milling about and he did not put a foot wrong, no aggression to any dogs, went round a little agility course for the first time in his life I think, he has been an absolute star and I am so glad that we found him. Also the Dogs Trust where we got him from are absolutely ace!

Godd for him. Nice to hear a of dog getting a second chance and coming good. No such thing as a bad dog imo, just bad owners.

Really good to hear, congratulations. I always like to hear stories of rescues with happy endings. I'm hoping to get one myself soon, and am after a English bull terrier, keep popping on the bullies in need website to see if there are any about my area. Got my border collie puppy on tuesday and on thursday her dad won the thursday heat of the welsh national sheepdog trials and is about to run off against its work mate and another to be crowned welsh national champion then go for international champion next month.
