Dealer recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a reputable dealer for ponies (13-14.2 range) in the Scottish Borders area?

Not sure if reputable dealers exist ... I have heard good and bad about Turlood stables but they are more central.
My personal preference would be to buy privately but it has its risks too.

Northern Equine are in Scotland I think and deal in ponies, I've only heard good things

Have heard that RD Sporthorses are reputable and will exchange if not suitable, don’t know if they still deal in ponies/cobs or more large riding horses, Louise Morrison In Aberdeen gets good reputation.
