when we were kids, (16!) Bought a pony to sell on. kind of all snowballed from there!
BTW, now is not a good time to start tho :-(
horses is harder now than its ever been!
at 15 i got a horse as a project to sell on in 6-12months so i could concentrate on my GCSEs....... 11 years on i still have him! i bought a youngster in 2004 with the same intentions, i still have her also despite her not making the ideal height!
i think either you are 'cut out for it' or not, i get too attached!
I have a friend who used to (until the credit crunch) buy from auctions and sell on after schooling it.
pmsl, get back to me when i sell my house and move
tbh i don't like selling but as a rule i buy to keep, have got a few in the past and sold on with that indentation, would be easier with small ponies i think
