Any recommendations, want 4,5,6 (7) year old to bring on and event, ISH/RID prefered but will look at most things 16'2-17'2 pref with a little weight as I am not skinny

Why would someone try and sell a horse using a video of it very obviously lame. Sounds dodgy to me! I wouldn't make the journy unless you've got others to see!
