Dealers on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border

Can anybody recomend a dearler within easyish reach of the West Yorks/ Lancs border. Sister is looking for 15:2 to 16:2 Cobby mare, bomb proof and with reasonable manners. She does not want to jump or progress at dressage She wants to hack out safely, either with me and my mare or on her own during her school holidays (she teaches) and I am at work

It must not cost a fortune either, partly as still arguing with e&l over payout for sad recent event.

We got a couple of horses from her many years ago - my sisters first competition pony and he was fab and a welsh cob for my mum. She generally will match you with a decent horse. Yes, they may not all be stunners (see pics of those for sale) but generally she is pretty good at matching horse to rider. She's not W Yorks though, can't remember exactly but is in yorks. Still, may be worth a shot.

I would recommend cobs and plods http://www.cobsnplods.co.uk/

I had one on trial from them, they are lovely people and have genuine safe cobs that dont cost the earth.

Definitely worth a go and are just outside Manchester, near Haydock races and Robinsons
