dealing with dull winter coat?

im not clipping my mare this year and i can see already her coat is looking dull and less shinny
i know theres not a lot you can do but does anyone have any suggestions apart from lots of grooming?

get some linseed from Charnwood Mills - supposed to be the tonic for coats that really works

if she is wearing a rug on top of her winter coat it could be the grease that is making her coat dull, if its that wipe her down with a mix of white vinegar and water and use a rug lined with nylon.

My horse is not clipped and usually gets a dull, scurfy winter coat. I have been giving him biotin for approx 6 weeks and the difference in his coat and skin is amazing. His coat is soft and silky

Yes linseed is what your after, my unclipped ones shine like glass. I can't stand dull coats
