I have just received an email from your French distributor, CDPH, saying that because of many problems with your company, he is no longer distributing your products and cannot supply my monthly order, which includes Safe and Sound for my laminitic horse. There is no such equivalent product in France.

He suggests I ring your offices in Paris - will there be anyone in Paris actually working now we are into the long summer holidays? What plan have you in place to look after your many customers in France who, like me, find themselves let down for the SECOND TIME?

Your previous distributor threw in the towel and left customers in the lurch.

I have 13 horses to feed and have been a D&H customer for 15 years - what a pity that clients were not given any advance warning. Why is it that you continue to have distribution problems in France?
