Dear HHO's please recommend me....

...... something I can take and which works to help ease the arthritis in my hands. Also if anyone has any recommendations for gloves which are warm and waterproof that would be great as well!!

I am 29 and falling apart so any suggestions to help my hands would be welcome.

about a teaspoon in a cup of warm water... add some honey to sweeten/make less repulsive and glug it down. every morning. x

Glucosamine 1500mg daily... takes a while but can actually repair your joints.

Thanks you lot. As I was awake most of last night with bad pains in finger joints and wrists, but I use kidskin gloves, but like above will try the cider vinegar and honey. I'm sure I heard it on the radio several months ago. good advice from the forum
