Its about time this problem was treated seriously - earlier action might have prevented the abuse to so many horses and the troubles its caused to land owners and communities where this sort of thing has been happening.
Maybe if the guilty parties had been dealt with more strictly they wouldn't have over bred so many horses either as they wouldn't have had the easily available free grazing they seem to rely on

The transcript of the debate which was due to finish at 4.00pm, should be on Parliament site at 7.00pm, should be available 3hrs after end of debate. I will be interested to see which MP's took part and if there is any progress.

I listened to it live, lots of good debate, lots of ideas, if any of them come to fruition it's a good start.
