Have tried to contact them to order one of their fab tail guard sleeves (someone made off with mine a while ago

Keep getting answering machine. Also tried to order one online before christmas and got an email saying they'd get back to me. When I heard nothing I emailed but got no response. Anyone know if they're still operating?
