I really need to purchase a new lead rope or two as my current one is starting to become a little thin.
My local tack shop only has thin cotton ones or slippery nylon ones - both of which I personally dislike.
Does anyone know of any nice traditional thick cotton rope ones with a clip end?
Or possibly nice cotton rope ones, NH style.
Happy to spend on a quality rope :)

Thanks!!

Ps can you tell I have Christmas money??!!

Shires ones are fabulous! I run a tack shop and they are by far our biggest seller! I like the fact they come with the different clip options too :)

Thorowgood one. Had mine years. Not twisted so quick release knots don't stick. Not slippery nylon either though.

These! They are about £10 but as said above they are quick to undo and mine has lasted 2 years of daily use including being left outside on field gates etc and is still smart enough to use for shows.
Only comes in black and blue though.
