I bought my boy a lovely working hunter saddle earlier this summer which is havanna. His bridle is black with a plain raised browband and noseband... Not very matchy matchy!!

I'm going to ask my OH for a new bridle for Xmas but I need to find one I like! I'm hoping to do some affiliated M&M working hunter classes next year so I need a something suitable for this. I had a look at HOYS but couldn't find anything in with a flat noseband in havanna and cob!

He doesn't need a flash and is ridden in a french link hanging cheek snaffle. He's a black (dark bay in summer!) Welsh D gelding.

Theres a pic of his current bridle

please note this was last winter and the 'mini mohican' has now grown out!!

Any suggestions of bridles you have/bridles you like much appreciated!

Try Fylde saddlery they specialise in showing and you can get either a standard bridle or buy one in parts, which may suit as cheekpieces can often be too long with a hanging snaffle, they have a good choice of nosebands that would suit your cob.
The website is fairly basic and you need to scroll down to find the full range, they will be very helpful if you phone.

I have a lovely working hunter bridle that's I'd sell you, basically new (been used about twice) but sadly it isnt a cob :( sorry!
When I get home I will find out the make for you? :D x

Thank you very much everyone!! I think I'm going to go for one from the Fylde Saddlery, there is so many options and they are very affordable so I should hopefully be able to get a perfect one!
