and OMG the difference it made!!!! Horse before was iffy and was very inconsistent contact wise....5 minutes after I had taken the stirrups away she was sooo nice and consistent, lovely and rounded and I could actually feel her relax more through her back, meaning she could work a bit better rather than being iffy.
I spent about 45 mins without them, and when I went to take them back it felt less comfy so I took them away again!! Also my hands were SO much better without stirrups
No idea why but they felt so much less fixed (a weakness of mine!!)
Will DEFFO be using that method more, both hoss and I were so much more relaxed and happy!!!
