Hi,
I'd really appreciate your opinions on this if you dont mind, thanks!
Right, heres the thing.
We have a livery yard in Bucks where we live which my dad owns (I have a flat onsite). At the min I have a 14.3hh piebald gelding on loan, he's an absolute gem,not a bad bone in his body! But the thing is I feel I have moved on from him and am now looking for something that can take me a bit further (as I got him to give me my confidence back)Now I get on really well with his owner and she said she'd love him to stay at our yard as he's really settled and tbh we'd be really sad to see him go. So i said I would try and find someone to loan him or even a sharer, this is all fine by her. Its also Fantastic for my stepmum who has a lovely mare who has TERRIBLE seperation anxiety,as these two have grown to love each other as they are turned out together so it means her mare wont be left in the field going mental on her own!!
BUT...i have now found a horse which I really like,to share, now the owner of the new horse said I can move him if I wish to our yard but Im not sure whether to leave him where he is and travel 10mins up the road to see him or keep him at mine and have my stepmum nagging at me about EVERYTHING, and telling me what to do as 'she knows best'!! I'm 21!!!
Also I'll feel really bad if I dont find anyone to loan/share the piebald (to stay at ours) and I keep the new one where he is at mo, as her mare will go MENTAL!!
Im so confused!!!
Well done if you got to the bottom!!
Thanks for taking the time to read! and any suggestions would be brill, thanks!
