Hi all.
Bit of a conundrum at the mo, here goes...
I tried a new riding stable a couple of days ago, went for a lesson. I wanted to change because I want to help out and be more hands-on with horses, as I don't have one and have had problems with this at current stables.
It was lovely, very relaxed and friendly with nice people and I was able to turn out, which always makes a pleasant change! Because they didn't know how I ride, they put me on the golden oldie that must have taught hundreds to ride, but was an exhausting ride!! He had no energy and I ended up nearly falling off in despair! I don't feel like I gave the stables a chance, so I'm goon back next week to give it a go, and they said I would be on a different horse next time, which is great!!
I like my old instructor though, but she doesn't move around.
What are your thoughts? Give it another go? I don't know!!!!
