Just got the schedule for a large local show through the post and I'm trying to work out what to enter. I don't really do much showing, just like to do a couple of shows a year for fun so we aren't serious competitors... just a bit confused as what to put her in.

This is Bean

She's a 15.2hh arab x welsh (but not papered), 16 years old mare. Because she doesn't look at all welsh or arab like I guess there is no point entering part bred welsh or arab?

I know she isn't really the typical hunter type at all but I would like to enter her in a few classes. After looking through the schedule there are a couple of inhand hunter classes but I think she might look silly in those as there aren't any height restrictions? There is just a 3 years and under hunter class abd four years and over. I'm guessing other entries will be huge horses and she will look like a pony!

Then in the ridden hunter section there is too much choice! There is a small hunter class and a lightweight hunter class? Which would she come under?

What sort of horses is a ridden hack class for?

Sorry for all the questions.
