Defra website updated - information for horse owners NOW REMOVED

Yesterday Defra updated their website to include information for horseowners.
It was at http://www.defra.gov.uk/footandmouth/about/qanda.htm#18
That information has now been removed. What's going on?
Defra's response to information for the equestrian community has, at the very least, been downright unprofessional. Thoughts?

How bloody weird, we need guidelines and stuff all this just makes people suspicious.

Well spotted! And well bl**dy done Defra

Clearly information management isn't their forte.

They've created another page and removed relevent information from the original page - not helpful.

Defra do need to get their act together. When thy spoke of a ban on all animals it led to confusion - they should have been more specific. The PM said "cattle, sheep and pigs" why couldn't Defra had said the same.

Better guidance and management of information is needed in the future for ANY disease outbreak

defra don't care about horses full stop
they pay lip service to the equine community but only 'cos of lots of lobbying by e.g. BHS

one thing they did say was horses sould be exercised at home in the zones - but dog walkers are still free to wonder the countryside !!
