Deisel thieves!!

Went to use my box and the deisel pipe had been cut and the fuel drained and taken!!!!

Oh no! Same happened here in Abz to a friends tractor - went for 1/2hr returned and tank drained!

On our yard the on yard tank keeps getting drained aswell as cattle feed.

Done it to our wagon a few times too, I try to always leave it empty now, last time they did it I ran out of Diesel on the lane near our yard, and its only big enough for one vehicle on it so I was blocking everyone in !, as you can imagine I was well p*ssed off !,

Trouble is if you leave tank empty condensation can cause water in fuel which leads to problems...... can't win!

This has happened to two places I know of recently in the Surrey / Sussex area.

Yeah, same as oneboyandhishorse (on same yard) they keep stealing diesel from the tank and cattle feed, reet bummer lol

I'm in East Sussex, happened at our yard last month, 3 horseboxes and a tractor all drained!

arent there locks you can apply to the petrol cap? (or the inner bit)

there was a lock on the deisel cap which they got off and then cut the pipe anyways - i mean how rudes that!!

same happened to us in west sussex, took about £250 worth, a few weeks ago.
