Is there much demand now for full livery? Especially in the wakefield/barnsley area I see a lot of people wanting DIY but not full.

Can't say about your area but my yard has equal numbers of full and DIY liveries. It does hunting livery so the owners are very much absent as the hunters are exercised by yard staff.
Other yards I've been on in the last 2-3 years have built extra stables with the intention of offering them solely for full livery but found a shortage of clients so used them for DIY as demand seems to outstrip supply.
