Differences will be due to the material the bits are made of and the shape of the mouthpiece.
The Neue Schule bits are made of some alloy that is supposed to encourage the horse to accept the bit, think it is supposed to warm up quickly & taste nice! Don't know the demi anky but the tranz angled is like a french link only with a lozenge in the middle, shaped to avoid creating pressure on the tongue when you use the rein. I think!
I have been using a tranz angled snaffle on my youngster & he seems to like it more than a standard french link. Was trying to get a universal version (so mouthpiece is same for him but a little poll pressure for little more braking power) but there seem to be huge probs getting hold of NS bits at the moment. Have ordered one from ebay & waiting for it now.
