Welcome! If you put your question in a new post in the ‘tack room’ or ‘veterinary’ section more people will see it. This section is really just for introductions. I have no experience of sarcoids, so am not much help.

Ifyou click on Forums, then on the ‘Tack room’ section, you will see a list of threads i.e. individual topics.
Above the, on the right hand side, is a small red box with ‘post thread’ written inside it. Click on that.
You could head it ‘sarcoids on sheath - advice?’ or something similar, then write more detail.
There is also a ‘search’ function on these forums - you could do a search first to see if the topic has been discussed before. eg put in the words ‘sarcoids sheath’ - if you put just sarcoids you will get quite a few results (which may also be of interest).
Sorry if this is too basic for you! You never know.
