Tont is overweight, but I am just looking for something to feed in the winter whilst the others have hard feed.

Which one would suit him best, and which one do you prefer? :)

Thank you, Nicole :D

Not keen Good-doer on the basis you need to feed loads of it for it to give the required vits & mins.
Molasses Free i've not personally tried but would probably be your best option if he's not already on anything.
I use Lite and have done for years, if its not broke it don't need fixing.
I never feed Hi-Fi's recommened amounts otherwise i would run out of the bag within about a week or so, only use a small handful per feed

I used Hi fi lite over the summer as a your getting fed but with no calories feed. Horses found it really palatable with no calories and great for adding supplements to

Molasses free is quite high in oil 6% I think so it is actually fairly fattening.
Hifi lite is the best, either that or a handful of A&P fast fibre soaked is good too, both excellent feeds for fatties as both only have digestible energy of around 7 megajoules.

Mine is on good doer and she does well on it, no probs getting her to eat it with added bits and bobs - we've successfully hidden bute and antibiotics in it. I don't worry too much about the levels of vits and mins as the grazing is good so don't think it really needs to be supplemented

Can you get hold of Top Spec's Top Chop Lite where you are (I have to order it in)

It's mollasses and mould inhibitor/preservative free and in comparison, makes hi fi lite look like mollichop!

I feed my fatty Hi-Fi lite, fast fibre and pink powder. The fast fibres a bit sloppy so I just add the hi-fi so she has something to chew lol She loves it as well as looking good and feeling good on it :)
