According to Irish Field this morning and I quote "a routine boot and bandage control, which is mandatory in all major competitions was carried out on all horses taking part in yesterdays Nations Cup competition. One horse was called back for re-examination this morning. The horse Lantinus tested postive for hypersensitivity of the legs and, as a result has been disqualified from the rest of the event." "Under FEI rules on hypersensitivity, the person responsible (the rider) has the right to request re-examination of the horse within 30 minutes of notification of the decision. In the interest of the welfare of the horse, the rider did not ask for further re-examination of the horse and accepted the disqualification.

Horse Sport Ireland have asked the Olympic Council of Ireland to "pause" the ratification of Denis Lynch and are awaiting a full report from the FEI and their own personnel in Aachen.

The above is all copied from a long article in, as I said, todays Irish Field.
