well we found a dentist (was REALLY good too!) and while he was there we got him to give us a rough estimate of the age of the little pony everyone on the yard looks after (owner is not up to looking after him any more).
got the shock of a lifetime to be told that our lil man is a whopping 35 years old......at LEAST 35 years old!!!
obviously the bad news was his teeth really are on the way out, but with a bit of tlc he should (god willing) go on for a while yet.
so now i am off to read up on oap pony care!
