Dentists in Lincolnshire?

I tried to ring my old horse dentist and she has changed her mobile number, and I cannot locate her ( been 5 years since I put my horse on loan so have not needed her).

Her name is Amanda and her home number started 01400, anyone know of her?

If not, can anyone recommend another dentist in the Lincon area, if so how much?
