Derby House 600D rugs - leak?

Hi does anybody have one of the Derby House 600 L/W rugs and do they leak?
They are a very good price at the moment but have never owned a D/H rug before and am a bit worried about the quality.

I found they tear easily and the buckles on the front broke! I dont recommend them at all x

Never used a Derby House rug but I always try to get the highest D possible, 600 in British weather doesn't always cut it I find xx
