i know that lots of people (including me ) have had a bad experience ordering online from DH...anyhoo, i had to order something last week and have to say VERY impressed with the delivery! they are using a courier service and they text you with a 1 hour timeslot for delivery and you can also change the delivery day via text too. turned up bang on time as well
shame the chaps i ordered don't fit me...so now i need to send them back and ask for a new size so will see how good the returns dept is!

I just ordered a fly rug over the phone from derby house said id have it with 2-3 days ,and had a good chat with the horsey call centre woman

Hi,

I used their company a few years ago - no complaints what so ever. I bought a rug. It arrived by courier - brilliant fit for my boy. I would defo use them again. I hope it works out for you too xx
