Derby House Returns

Sorry if this is dim but how does it work - I've looked on their website and can't find the info and customer services is now closed. The jods I've ordered are a size too big so I would like to exchange them for a smaller pair. Will I have to pay to have them sent back and for the new ones to be sent out??

If that's the case then can I take them to my local branch to exchange/refund?

I returned bridle at xmas time as needed full instead of cob - if i remember correctly i had to pay for return but when i filled in return form i requested bigger size and i think this was sent out FOC.

Unfortunately you have to pay for your returns - never had anything sent back out but would assume you have to contact customer services to request it. Would guess you can take them back to the branch though - lucky you for having one close by - wish I did!
