Been a while since I bought one, doing my yearly replacement, can't for the life of me remember if they come up on the large or the small size, although I could just measure up this evening but I don't have a measure tape down at the yard.

My lad's rug is a 6'6 but he's only 16.1 and rather short backed but with huge shoulders, not much wither, was on the larger size when I bought it but it was just a random guess when I placed the order (it was on offer and just wanted to buy another rug...as you do), but he's grown into it and although it's not tight, could do with some more room over the wither area when his head is down grazing, anyway after a new one for the mare also.

Someone remind me please as I've forgot, are they roomey or do they generally come up on the smallish side?

Thanks

My boy is normally a 6'6 in all rugs, his HW combo from DH is a 6'6 and gives him plenty of room, he has high withers, not too broad in chest but he is a MW IDxTB. His rug fits fine on its own with plenty of room but it also accomodates for a double duvet (a bed one) underneath when its cold so I would say larger rather than smaller. But i guess everyhorse is different!

I hope they have what you want in stock and or you actually receive delivery! Have found them to be very unreliable in the past and will not use them again. Sorry!

I bought a 6'6" HW combo for my 16.1hh WB, it came really quickly and is lovely & warm, is fine in length but is cut just a bit high & tight around his chest. Personally I find weatherbeeta's the best fit.
