Has anyone else had a problem with the metal fasteners on the Derby House Watergate combo rug?
I have one as a spare for when my mares main turnout is saturated, hence it is probably only used 10 -20 times a year (its only 2 seasons old). Anyway, early on this year one of the surcingle fasteners snapped off, I sewed another one off an old rug, only for it to happen on the other strap.....I have emailed Derby House but have heard nothing back.
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience seeing as Derby House are ignoring me!
She looks like Compo now with bind a twine doing all the straps up- not a good luck!
