Are they always really slow with their delivery, has been over a week now and no news from them since I ordered my products. Can't track my order on their site either as the 'Track my order' option has dissappeared!! Has anyone else had trouble with them?
 
Think I will ring them today them, says on their website delivery not sffected by royal mail strikes so was hoping I would have items by end of this week

recently received some items very promptly
one item out of stock and still waiting, 1 month later,and its the warm padded boots for winter. need them these frosty mornings.
 
I waited 3 months for a pair of spurs - not impressed! If I had to use them again I would ring before putting the order in, and check availability.
 
I had a phone call to say that my order was out out of stock and would have to wait 2 weeks. The call was the day after I placed the order so I'm happy with that
 
I have always had good service... My two DH MW turnouts came two days after I ordered them (both 6'9") and I only paid £16 each in the sale. I was very impressed

I rang them and they said the internet hadn't put my order through and that I had an invalid order number, how fustrating :mad : ...have ordered the items over the phone now and hopefully will get them on wednesday!!
 
If the items are in stock, I usually get them straight away. However, if they are not in stock, you usually have to wait ages!

I tried a less well known mail order website and they took my money and then never sent the goods. I couldn't contact them, they ignored my phone messages and emails. In the end, I managed to get my money back through Paypal, but it took ages!

At least with DH you will get the goods (or a refund) eventually!
 
I have always had fantastic service, everything has been in stock and delivered within 48 hours. Brilliant!
 
Have found that they dont tell you it is not in stock until you have paid for it and got it on order,has that changed now??
