Hi am slightly annoyed with derby house, did vow never to order from them again as everytime i do nothing is ever in stock. Well i ordered last week for my daughter whos birthday is next thursday a lovely pair of white breeches, i did order online but at the time of ordering it said they would be with me btw 3-5 days, i checked today to see if they had been despatched and it said "waiting for stock", god i could scream. Anyone else have this much trouble with DH. Sorry for moaning.

I have never had any trouble with DH, but I know many others have had problems.
 
ive always had problems, and they dont even contact you if there is a problem
i much prefer to use ride away, although they dont have as much choice as derby house
 
I never had problems until I ordered a coat in Feb, the website said 2-5 days, and a month later I came home to a card outside my door saying they had tried to deliver. We usually try to ensure someone is at homr for the expected delivery date as we have no neighbours and no workplaces to deliver to, but I had totally forgotten about the coat arriving at all! Not impressed with the time, especially as they had quoted a lot sooner. Plus the delivery company they use are as useful as a chocolate teapot...
