Well i have had an email from them saying an item that i ordered 2 months ago! will be here on 12th of jan! was told it was going to be here before xmas! i used to like them btu think i will be going elsewhere from now on! hmph!
 
Had the same problem with them,have written them off on the mail order front now,utter pants

Rideaway are fantastic and good prices too(always use them),frogpool manor are pretty good on delivery,i have used tds sadllery also and they are fab but dont have a deal of stock online!
 
I've always found them great. Ordered several items from them recently and not all were in stock so they split the order and sent what they had... I ended up getting three deliveries, all within about 5 days without it costing me a penny extra.
 
Equestrian Clearance are fab! I ordered some new jods, new gillet and a top from their sale about 2 or 3 days ago and it arrived today!

I dont much bother with DH. I'm always disappointed when I visit the shop in Moreton-In-Marsh and most of the things I want always end up not in stock.
 
I have bought lots from them this year and had one issue they were very apologetic and gave me a gift voucher. If I were you I'd ring up they are very helpful ime

i ordered a rug pack and it came almost immediately (arrived yesterday) but i also oredered 7 day mud away spray which is being sent seperately??? seems a bit odd and will cost them more but never mind!!

I'm guessing they have millions of their own brand products which might be why the rugs came quick.

My rug pack is not in stock until 20th january!!! Thanks for that Derby House!!!!
 
I went to their flagship store at Wrightington yesterday becuase my local tack shop was closed.

I went for haynets. They didn't have any

I honestly don't know why I go there, they never have everything I go for.
 
They split my order and charged me £5 postage on a £2 item then didnt get the main item that I'd ordered. Would have cancelled the whole order if I'd known. Never again will I order from them
 
They are awful, ive tried to order from the twice, and both times after 6 months and still not recieving my order (with no phone call or emails until I chased them) I just cancelled my orders. The worst thing is they don't let you know if they don't have your item in stock, so you are just left waiting. When you call they give you a date they will be getting more stock, that date comes and goes, still nothing, call again, still not in stock will be a month, month later still nothing.............. you get the picture! It isn't like I was ordering obscure things, just some mountain horse boots and an equine first aid kit!

I love Rideaway, even if you just pay for standard delivery it often comes the next day. Also their website tells you if the item is in stock, and if it isnt when they will be getting more stock. It is really good, I'm close enough to go the the shop, but tend to buy online so I dont have to battle the traffic round York!!!!!! I also used Frogpool who were really good, they didn't have the item in stock, called me straight away asking if i wanted them to order it or cancel my order. I told them to order it, and I had my item within a week.
 
I have to go against the grain here - I ordered some breeches in their sale on Boxing day - they arrived yesterday! I think that's really good... Sounds like I was lucky!
 
I ordered from them a few years back, I was sent my order conformation, number and customer number. I later rang up regarding an email they sent me telling me they needed additional information before they could despatch my order but when I rang up I was told my order didn't exist and they had sold out of what I ordered. I had ordered from them before and heard nothing regarding my order until I chased them up to be told that order had also been canceled due to it being out of stock yet I was not informed.
I decided to bite the bullet and oder from them again as their 3 rug gift set for £50, the price was then increased to £70 then later decreased back down to £50. I am told they will not have stock in or be despatched until 20th Jan, however their website still states they have them in stock with a 7-10 day delivery time.
I will not recommend them to anyone however I am curious if I will actually receive the other half of my order, thankfully what I ordered was in stock and came within the week which I was happy with.
 
well the rugs are meant to be there own brand but the fleece included in the pack is the Katie Price one!!!! the shame and horror!!!!! obviously they havent been selling well

but i would say that they are actually very good quality so if it wasnt so gaudy it would be ok !!
 
I ordered a thermatex from them for my old horse, by the time it turned up I had sold that horse and got a new one!! Luckily it fitted him so I kept it - had it not fitted I don't think I would have bothered waiting for the right size to turn up!!

They seem to put up 'estimated' delivery times for things that are not in stock so you aren't put off ordering it but IME the items don't seem to turn up in that time!!!
 
Oh noooooooo!!!! I have just ordered some things, a hat & some gloves & was enouraged by the fact that their website said in stock & delivery 2-4 days, oh well will have to wait & see.
 
GRRR my dad bought me the Musto Combination Jacket in navy from them for my xmas present...unfortunately he got a size 8 when I needed a size 10. So I phoned them asking to return and have a size 10...size 10 is out of stock but was told they will get more in and i can have it in 7-10 days.

Just phoned now making sure they got my returned coat etc....and a different woman on the line told me they wont be getting any more in but i can have refund vouchers!!! I don't want vouchers I want that bloody coat!!!

Just been talking to manager and she is seeing if there are any in their stores......fingers crossed!
