I placed an order on line during the last week in August for a Weatherbeeta fleece cooler that was on offer, and to date, I still haven't received it!

I have phoned them three times now and each time they tell me it's due in, first was the 5th september and then it was 16th and now it's going to be the end of september. I am a bit miffed as when I placed the order online it said plenty of stock.

As it happens I'm not in any particular hurry for the item but I do hate being fobbed off. Is anybody else still waiting for an order?
 
I HATE their postal system! They don't take the money til they've sent the item, so if it isn't in stock when you order they say you've paid, but wait to take the money until it's in stock.
GRRRRRRRR.
They are also very good at sending the wrong things out!
 
I ordered a rug 2nd week of August, was fobbed off when I rang to chase the order. They told me it had been sent out but it hadn't. I eventually found out last week that they couldn't get any more so I asked for a refund. I looked at the website today and the rug is still showing, no other sizes are showing except the size I ordered and it says the rug will be in stock, estimated dispatch 7-14 days - so can they get hold of it or can't they??? Too late now anyway I've been elsewhere and ordered a different rug!
Not impressed! Previous to this I haven't had any problems with them.
 
My experience of them (and have been using them for about 12 years) is:

If its in stock they are excellent - usually arrives next day

If its not you could be waiting months! I have been waiting 6 weeks for some mountain horse boots :-(
 
I had a similar problem last year, I needed a small fly rug for a pony with sweetitch, they are quite hard to find but they had one on there so I ordered it and it said in stock, 5 days later I get an e-mail saying it;s out of stock and due in on whatever date, so I wait then get another e-mail. I rang and spoke to them and was promised it again and waited yet still didn't arrive so I cancelled the order. Peed me off no end and never trusted them since!
