Are there any in Derbyshire that carry lower priced stock?

Yes, the clothes horse at syston stock saddle company and thorowgoods. Worth a try

where have you tried? there's risley saddlery that have 2nd hand saddles.

Kick on Equestrian in Alfreton will come out to your yard and have very reasonably priced saddles. Most of my yard has now used them and we've been very impressed with their service.

Ive used Kick-on for my new cob saddle, i went to their shop and they have a huge selection of new and 2nd hand leather and synthetic. The lady came out and i am very pleased with my saddle.

thanks all, I tried Risley they said the lowest price they had was £500 second hand.
