I'm getting a bit ahead of myself but....anyone know where the nearest boxing day meet to Chesterfield is? It's my first boxing day up here so don't want to miss my boxing day fix.

I think Barlow Hunt would be your nearest Hunt. You'd have to contact the Hunt Secretary to find out where the meet was though

Don't the High Peak meet in Bakewell? OH's mum lives up there and I'm fairly sure they do.....

It's the Barlow and they meet at the kennels in Millthorpe on Boxing Day. You will need to contact the field sec Charlotte Outtram.
