Dermobian/Ilium Dermapred

I am very sadly getting to the very last scraping of my jar of Ilium Dermapred and am desperate to get more because it is so good for mud fever etc. I used to get it online but can't get it anywhere now.

Apparently they sell it in Australia but you can't buy it online. How on earth does one go about getting it?

Or has anyone made something identical/similar which is being sold in the UK now?

Flamazine is a steroid similar to dermobion I believe, dermobion was brilliant stuff not seen any in years though.
