Des the rescue dog (pics)

Meet Des we have had him now for a few months. He was a rescue dog from the local rescure center. The center said that he was a stray and when we first had him he was very nervous (especially of men) and rather thin. He quickly took to me and my Mom but since then he has not really taken to anybody else - I mean he is fine with them but just sort of ignores them. However with Mom and myself he is the most affectionate dog ever, too affectionate as in he wont ever leave you alone! He is still pretty nervous of men but is getting better and is now definaltey not skinny.
We dont really know what breed he is so any suggestions would be great - we are think whippet x staffy maybe, he runs like a whippet anyway.

Lovely lad, wouldn't like to guess at the breeds, could be anything really. He is a gorgeous colour though, matches your cat perfectly.
