I have a horse at a yard in northmoor near witney, and really want to take her competing but dont have my own transport 
so i was just wondering if there is anyone who lives around the witney area who is going to elmwood hunter trials on 29th october (near Bampton) and would have a space for a small one (well a 14.2 cob) she is a great traveller and very well behaved. I could of course contribute to diesal/petrol etc. I just thought i'd give this a go as hiring is soooo expensive. let me know i would really appreciate it

. in order to attract people to let you travel with them (and assuming you do have it) state that you have your horse insured with BHS gold or equivalent as this means you should be covered for any damage that may befall your horse whilst in their trailer, something which would worry a lot of would be trailer sharers. Also after discussing this with my insurance company as long as you only contribute a reasonable amount asscociated with the diesel/petrol cost this does not constitute hire and reward so should not breach yours or their insurance
