Have you done a search on NEdonline and British Eventing?

Thankyou. Charlie is he's passport name i have found him on there but dont no what to do now?

You could try contacting the Passport issuer and see if they will pass your contact details to new registered owner.
It would indicate on NEDonline if Charlie was registered BS or BE
