I am very keen to try out this myler bit

but cant find it anywhere in a 5.5". The above company cant order one in, just wondering if anyone had come across any for sale elsewhere (have ebayed it - no luck) or have one for sale?

You probably already know this but I bought my first myler at the weekend and was told to go a size down - I bought a 5 inch for my boy who normally takes a 5.25 or 5.5. It looked small but fits perfectly.

Not much help on finding the one you want though, sorry.

TBH I've found with Mylers that if you find the cheek/mouth combination that you want, you're lucky! I scoured the internet for that mouthpiece with an eggbutt with hooks and couldn't find it anywhere. I went to a (sort of) local tack shop that didn't have it on their website, but there it was hanging on the rack! I decided it was too expensive, but still...
Sorry not much help am I?! The horse I ride loves that mouthpiece (I have her in that with a short-shank combi).

yep, i've got one i'd be happy to sell, doesn't suit my mare. exactly like that, full cheek triple barrel with hooks. i'm 99% sure it's a 5.5" too, will measure later when i go out to the tackroom if you want!
