im about to put my beloved eventer on devils claw on the advice of his previous owner, has anyone had any experience of using this ? please help cheryl.
devils claw for horses, any good ?

heya i find it is very good i use the buteless from equine america which has devils claw and other herbal remedies in it

Another thumbs up from me ....I kept a large tb with joint problems on a high dose of it for several years as he was competing and so had to be able to pass a drugs test. Convinced it kept him going into his teens .....

I've used the NAF one, Devil's Relief. First used it on an elderly mare who had had an injury, I was beginning to think her time had come. She has made a remarkable recovery, the devil's claw worked where bute etc had failed. She is still going strong a year later. I also use it for my elderly dog and he seems much more comfortable. A friend has had her veteran TB on it for a few weeks now and it is working for him too. It does seem to take few weeks (maybe 3/4) to 'kick in'.
