DH Apple rugs?! Vile!

Just had an email from Derby House (I really should unsubscribe as I get at least one a day) publicising their new turnout rugs which have apples as their pattern! What a vile pattern. I'd never buy one of them. I dont know why they persist in making strange patterns for rugs. Surely they dont sell very well...

I like it!!! though i'd have to see it in the flesh, before i bought it. They should do red apples to.

Oh gawd! I just looked. When you said an apple pattern I had in mind some subtle apple shape in a slightly different colour to the background repeated, if that makes sense. Not actual pictures of apples :s

Lmao! They do say dont introduce a new horse into a herd in a bright coloured rugs. Imagine introducing one in that! You'd have a traumatized horse and shreaded rug!

I wouldn't buy one but surely once a horse has rolled you'd never see the pattern anyway?

Also having just attended a show with our pedigree hebridean sheep who decided to eat the green rosettes - not any other colour, just the green - maybe the apples are meant to encourage the horses companion to eat it so you have to buy another one!!!!

Don't give a damn about patterns, but I do prefer pink rugs or both horses to match!
