DH rug sale!

Just got my rug at last, 3 weeks after the mid week sale thingy! i kept phoning and they kept saying it had been despatched so i got cross yesterday and they said it had been lost by the courier and they would send me another by next day delivery. funny considering how on the day i ordered it they said it was the last one they had, so i dont know how they have magically produced another one. methinks they forgot to post it out. anyway, at least it is here, but i wouldnt order anything from them again in a hurry, lesson learned!

Yeah I got mine at the end of last week, it took almost 2 weeks from when they said they'd dispatched it. I considered calling to complain and ask for my £5 postage back but since it's DH I dare say they would claim there was simply nothing they could do about it as it wouldn't be in any way their fault as they are oh so perfect and it's always the courier that gets it wrong!

Ok rant over, I will never use DH again, the stress I had over this rug did not warrent the price reduction!
