She's giving up one side to give more to the other, so not a complete retirement. It's a win-win for BS and the sport in general.

I think it must be really hard to spread yourself over being a top competitor and trainer at the same time tbh. Also she's not getting any younger ( as are any of us ) and maybe its time to turn her attention to the area that she can really focus on into retirement.
