What did you think of it? I attended and your horses had to be very fit. I was not impressed with the first few selection of fences on the course, or the straw fields to cross. However the hills, open fields, stewards and some big fences at the end made up for it all. Lottie loved it, was not keen on the small fences but the 2 biggest fences on the course one a decent solid brush she totally loved.
I was concerned for some horses that were clearly not fit enough for the event at the paces the riders were expecting.
It was as well organised as it could be, would have been nice to see the fences nearer the middle rather than the very last field but we had a thoroughly good day, Lottie and I enjoyed it
