Did anyone go to wigton horses sales today?

Hey everyone, as title really, just wondering what anyone who went thought!

I did but was not very early
Many thoughts but:

Saddest sight the 17yo ex show Shire in superb condition, washed at mart (bit cold today) and tail trimmed way too short exposing the dock(the cut hair still in pen) sold for 400gns and I dont think the sellers realised where it was going.

Was meant to go but uni assignment stopped me. Awww poor old shire see that would have made me so sad, I hate it at Ashford market when ponies go for £50 and where they prob end up.
