As the title says really, just wondered what people thought, we decided to have a trip up and was quite impressed with the horses but unfortunately didn't have a spare stable.
I couldn't believe the cob at the end either! For some reason I thought the yearlings would go for more than they did, the one I had my eye on went for 650 guineas. There seemed to be a good turnout of people but not many bidders. Do you think they will do another?
I thought the yearlings would sell for more too! and I notice she had reserves on some. But I think the audience/bidders were very much in the market for the older horses they could do something with immediately.
Think Fran will make it a yearly thing, from what she has said.
What did you reckon to the stally - he didn't go for much. I didn't like him - until he moved...
