It was a childrens meet in Ablington, a few small fences and quite hilly..I rode my friends cob who was very well behaved and reliable, im very impressed! gutted i couldnt take fergus (my loan) as he is very fast and jumps anything, but he gets a bit.. over exited out hunting 
anyway so poppy the cob was perfect..although a little slow! and an old friend was hunting so i stuck with her for the first half!
we stayed out for about 2 hours or so as poppy was very tired and getting slower and slower!
I'm definitely going to try to do that again! Just need a lift as i have no transport, but i will manage somehow..and i'm going to be sharing a horse which will be allowed to hunt next season so that will be nice
anyways i can see myself having a nice big hunter and a lorry when im older and going every week!
Aching all over still... definitely worth it though!
